I've ordered products and they've not all arrived together?
Maybe you've placed an order for multiple panels and stands, or panels and a mask, and they've not arrived together. Or one box has, and you're worried that the other ones haven't.
We understand the frustration.
It is common for boxes in a multi-piece shipment to arrive separately. They often get separated onto different conveyor belts or loaded onto different trucks, even different aircraft or trains if they were split up whilst being sorted in the millions of packages that are shipped worldwide each day. Since they share the same tracking number but have sub-numbers (e.g., of 1, of 2), separate boxes will usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
If you're worried that parts of your shipment are missing
- Check the Detailed Tracking: Go to your Kivo Account: https://account.KivoTherapy.com check the tracking status next to the order.
- Look for the "Detail" view to see if the missing packages are still in transit, out for delivery, or delayed. You can visit the shipping companies website and enter the tracking number (if provided) to view if it is a multi-part shipment and track each box.
- Review the Delivery Receipt: If one package was marked "Delivered" but the others were not, check if the driver completed the delivery. Sometimes they are separated on different delivery vehicles.
- If it has been more than 3 business days since the first box arrived, contact the shipper directly and request a tracking update, they will be able to give the most up-to-date information.
